We want to ensure your appliances are back in working order as quickly as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused washer or dryer parts within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to start the return request.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused part in its original manufacturer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with the provided return authorization slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our central warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the part to verify its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
